10-0

About the fourth inning of this long, miserable game we insisted playing in the cold rain, one of the parents sidled up and said, "Enough of this crap about having fun and not worrying about the score. Can we just win and go home?" Which, somewhat miraculously, we did.

This team is a juggernaut.

I wish our team was doing as well, even though it shouldn't matter since they're not officially keeping score, but I wouldn't mind if the 6 innings finished sooner. I'm tired of getting frostbite.

Snag, you must be a guest coach. We'll pay you in moose.

Now you are just showing off with this many wins. :)

Are there any single Jewish fathers at said games?!!

Snag, I'm worried.

You're teaching them to expect successful outcomes. Yes, both parents and kids.

Where's the heart-breaking defeats? The gut-wrenching embarrassments? The confrontations with existential yawning voids?

They're not going to expect when life hits them with a large fish, is all I'm sayin.
